British heavy cruiser Exeter represented as she appeared immediately before WW2. She displayed 8600 tons and was armed with six 8 inch and four 4 inch guns. The ship was famous for taking part in one of the first major naval battle of WW2 when together with light cruisers Ajax and Achilles she intercepted German pocket battleship Admiral Graff Spee off the coast of Argentina. Exeter was heavily damaged in the engagement but the German ship was trapped and later scuttled by its own crew in the port of Montevideo. Later in the war the ship was part of allied fleet in South Asia where she was sunk in March of 1942 by Japaniese cruisers in Java Sea.
